Privacy Policy

ContentNow ("ContentNow", "we", "us") is an on-demand content service in the UAE: customers order photo and video shoots in the app, and we produce and deliver the finished content. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the ContentNow app or website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using ContentNow you agree to this policy.
Who we are & how to contact us
ContentNow is a product of Bivayn Multimedia LLC, a company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, which is the data controller responsible for your information. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp +971 55 264 2153.
Information we collect

| Payment information | Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and limited details (e.g. amount, status, last 4 digits of a saved card). We never receive or store your full card number. |
| Delivered content | The photos and videos produced for your order, which we store so you can review and download them. |
| Device & notifications | A push-notification token (if you enable notifications) so we can send order updates, and basic app/diagnostic information. |
| Messages | Messages you exchange with our team or your assigned creator through the app. |
How we use your information
- To create your account and let you sign in securely.
- To take and fulfil your bookings, assign a creator, and deliver your content.
- To process payments and issue receipts, refunds, or credit.
- To send you order updates (assignment, on the way, ready, completed) by push notification, email, or WhatsApp.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To keep the service secure, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run ContentNow, and only as needed:
- Stripe - payment processing.
- A cloud infrastructure provider - secure backend, authentication, and database.
- A cloud storage provider - private storage for your delivered photos and videos.
- Push-notification providers - delivering push notifications to your device.
- An email service provider - sending transactional email, such as order updates and your account-deletion confirmation.
- Cloudflare Turnstile - protecting our sign-up and sign-in from bots and abuse. Turnstile runs invisibly and may collect limited technical signals from your device or browser to tell humans from automated traffic. This processing is described in Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Assigned creators - the booking details needed to carry out your shoot (name, contact, location, time, brief).
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Photo library permission
When you tap Download on a delivered file in the app, we ask for permission to save it to your device's photo library. We only use this permission to save the files you choose to download; we do not read or access your existing photos.
Data retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Delivered galleries stay available to download for the retention window shown on your order (by default 60 days after delivery), after which they may be removed. We retain order and payment records for as long as needed for legal, accounting, and support purposes.
If you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal data (your profile, saved payment details, and notification history). Some transaction details may be retained by Stripe, our payment processor, for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
Your rights & choices
- Access, update, or correct your account details in the app, or by contacting us.
- Delete your account and personal data at any time from Account → Delete account in the app. This signs you out and permanently deletes your personal data (see Data retention for details).
- Request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time.
- Turn push notifications on or off in your device settings at any time.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Delivered files are held in private storage and are only reachable through short-lived, signed links to the account that owns the order. Passwords and payment credentials are handled by our providers (our payment processor and cloud infrastructure) and are never stored in plain text by us.
Children
ContentNow is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
International use
ContentNow is operated from the United Arab Emirates. Our service providers may process data in other countries; where they do, they are required to protect it consistently with this policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
